These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ikut4d. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with ikut4d. The six areas below represent the most critical points every member should understand before using the platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use ikut4d. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to be registered by a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
All transactions on ikut4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and minimum balance requirements as set out in Section 6.
All bonuses offered by ikut4d carry specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution percentages. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash before wagering obligations are fully satisfied.
Each member may hold only one account on ikut4d. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided without prior notice.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. ikut4d reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
ikut4d is committed to responsible gaming. Members may apply deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools at any time. By using this platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and should be treated as entertainment only.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between ikut4d and each Member regarding the use of the Platform and Services.
2.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing or using the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 ikut4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
2.4 If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions — in whole or in part — you must immediately cease using the Services and close your Account.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ikut4d platform. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the Services, you must:
3.2 ikut4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.3 ikut4d is not available to residents of jurisdictions where access to online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ikut4d accepts no liability for any loss, legal consequence, or regulatory sanction arising from your use of the Platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.
4.1 To access the full range of Services, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
4.2 You may register only one Account per person. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.3 You must promptly update your Account information if any of the details provided at registration change. ikut4d accepts no responsibility for errors or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.
4.4 ikut4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.
4.5 By registering an Account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. Provision of false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in criminal referral in addition to Account closure.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ikut4d strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. ikut4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ikut4d's customer support team immediately via the contact details in Section 16. ikut4d will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.4 Accounts must not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempted transfer of an Account is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ikut4d does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
6.2 Supported Payment Methods. ikut4d currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the respective payment provider. Processing times may vary during national public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods o f peak traffic.
6.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with ikut4d's payment team. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
6.5 KYC Verification. ikut4d is legally required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. KYC documentation must include a valid government-issued identity document (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph holding the identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds.
6.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). ikut4d operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. ikut4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that appear unusual, inconsistent with a Member's betting history, or otherwise indicative of money laundering or fraud.
6.7 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by family members, friends, or business partners — are strictly prohibited. ikut4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the recipient Account pending investigation.
7.1 ikut4d may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page or communicated to eligible Members at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of IDR 100,000 requires total bets of IDR 3,000,000 before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfaction of wagering requirements. The default contribution percentages are as follows:

7.4 Validity Period. All bonuses have an expiration date. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Claimed bonuses must be fully wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) or they will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from the bonus amount.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. ikut4d operates automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, opposite bet hedging across multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors or pricing mistakes. Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings confiscated, and may face permanent Account closure.
7.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one Member per household, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible to claim any given bonus. ikut4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where multiple claims are detected from a single household or source.
7.7 Right to Amend or Withdraw. ikut4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional dispute, ikut4d's decision is final.
8.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are accepted in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market as published in the ikut4d sportsbook. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
8.2 Live In-Play Betting. ikut4d offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. Odds and available markets may fluctuate rapidly during live events. ikut4d reserves the right to suspend acceptance of bets on any market at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is effectively determined (for example, after a goal is scored but before odds are updated) may be voided.
8.3 Casino Games. All casino games offered on ikut4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. ikut4d does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of winnings on any casino game.
8.4 Maximum Payouts. ikut4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, sports, or events. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be updated without prior notice. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
8.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of an obvious error in odds, pricing, bet acceptance, or game outcome display, ikut4d reserves the right to void affected bets and to correct Member Account balances. Members will be notified of any such correction. ikut4d accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors, software malfunctions, or communication failures.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

9.3 Members have the right to appeal decisions made under this Section by contacting customer support in writing. Appeals will be reviewed by ikut4d's compliance team, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days. ikut4d's decision on all matters of prohibited conduct is final.
10.1 All content displayed on the ikut4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of ikut4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform except as necessary for normal browser caching.
10.3 The ikut4d name, logo, and all related trademarks are the sole property of ikut4d. Unauthorized use of ikut4d trademarks in any manner is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.
11.1 ikut4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ikut4d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 ikut4d does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11.3 In no event shall ikut4d, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ikut4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 ikut4d's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ikut4d customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Account balances. ikut4d is not obligated to maintain closed Accounts or to return funds from Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months unless required by applicable law.
12.2 Termination by ikut4d. ikut4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for Account closure include but are not limited to:
12.3 Upon termination of your Account, any outstanding balances that are not subject to ongoing dispute, investigation, or bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. ikut4d reserves the right to withhold funds where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected, pending completion of an investigation and consultation with relevant authorities.
Gambling Should Be Entertainment, Not a Financial Strategy. ikut4d is committed to responsible gaming. If gambling is no longer fun, or if you feel you are losing control, please use our self-exclusion tools or contact support immediately.
13.1 ikut4d operates a comprehensive responsible gaming policy. All Members have access to the following tools via their Account settings:
13.2 Once a deposit limit, time limit, or self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed or reduced before the end of the specified period. Requests to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
13.3 Self-excluded Members may not register new Accounts during the exclusion period. ikut4d operates systems to detect and close duplicate Accounts registered by self-excluded Members.
13.4 For confidential support with problem gambling, Members may contact ikut4d's support team at any time. Our Indonesian-speaking agents can provide guidance, activate protective account settings, and connect you with professional counseling resources if needed.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to ikut4d's customer support team for informal resolution. ikut4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
14.4 Nothing in this Section limits your right to seek remedies available under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence, where such laws provide greater protection than that afforded by these Terms & Conditions.
15.1 ikut4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or service offerings.
15.2 Material amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be notified to Members via email to the registered email address on file, by in-platform notification upon next login, or by prominent notice on the ikut4d website. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without individual notification.
15.3 Amendments take effect 14 days after notification, unless a different effective date is specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
15.4 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 For questions, complaints, or feedback regarding these Terms & Conditions or any aspect of the ikut4d platform, Members may contact our support team through the following channels:
16.2 ikut4d aims to respond to all customer support inquiries within 24 hours during normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian national public holidays). Response times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays. All inquiries are handled by native Indonesian-speaking support agents.
16.3 ikut4d's registered operating name is ikut4d, and the platform is accessible at ikut4d.cam. All official communications from ikut4d will originate from the domain @ikut4d.cam. Members are advised to be vigilant against phishing attempts and to verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from ikut4d.
